Generali: early redemption of perpetual notes (ISIN XS0406159623)

Trieste – Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. (the Issuer) will exercise the early redemption option to redeem, on 19th December 2018, all outstanding perpetual notes of the series whose details are set out below (the Notes):

  • Description of the Notes: EUR 100,000,000 7.898% Perpetual Fixed/Floating Rate Notes issued on 19th December 2008 by Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A.;
  • ISIN: XS0406159623;
  • First Call Date: 19th December 2018;
  • Coupon: 7.898%;
  • Redemption price: 100%;

The early redemption option will be exercised in respect of all outstanding Notes in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions and has been approved by Istituto per la Vigilanza sulle Assicurazioni (IVASS).
