Generali in 2017 launched the GAEC initiative to reward and celebrate our advisors' dynamic innovative approach and passion for customers.

To this, our digitally-enabled network of 161,000 agents will continue to play a fundamental role in providing support, protection, and security to more than 68 million customers through the best solutions tailored to their needs.
Generali’s worldwide agents find new and innovative ways to be real Lifetime Partners to our customers, by leveraging technology without losing human touch.
Therefore, to reward and celebrate their commitment and achievements, Generali has conceived the GAEC - Global Advisor Excellence Contest, aiming to recognize the best and most innovative agents assessed on three key criteria:
- customer contact,
- and production & retention,
all of which are at the heart of Generali’s Lifetime Partner ambition. Our Advisors leverage their expertise and knowledge of their Generali respective markets to make a significant contribution to increase customer value by scaling their digital advisory capabilities and establishing a seamless omnichannel approach across all distribution channels.
Now in its 5th edition, GAEC has involved over 173,000 agents from 22 different countries across Europe, Asia, & Latin America. The goal of the initiative is also to encourage Group advisors from different countries to inspire each other, share knowledge, experiences, and key trends from around the world. In addition, GAEC recognizes advisors who promote the activities of Generali's The Human Safety Net Foundation and their fundraising initiatives that support vulnerable families and the integration of refugees.
