For the 2025 Shareholders’ Meeting Generali offered again the possibility to its shareholders that voted through the Designated Representative to attend the entire Meeting’s proceedings via live streaming, and to the public to access the opening speeches of the AGM.

For the Shareholders' Meeting of April 24th, 2025, Assicurazioni Generali offered those who voted through the Designated Representative the opportunity to follow the Meeting’s proceedings in live streaming. In addition, also those that have not used that service were able to follow the opening speeches of the AGM by the Chairman, Group CEO and Group CFO. In this way, an increasingly larger audience of stakeholders were able to easily witness this important moment of corporate communication.

The live streaming service was available, aside from the Italian version, also with simultaneous translation in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian Sign Language and with Italian subtitles.
