Generali completes sale of Ireland-based Generali PanEurope

Trieste – Assicurazioni Generali SpA announces that it has completed the sale of its entire shareholding in the Ireland-based Generali PanEurope to Life Company Consolidation Group (LCCG).

The terms of the transaction are in line with the announcement of the sale by Assicurazioni Generali published on December 18, 2017.

The Generali Group will remain active in Ireland through its Global Business Lines, and the former Generali PanEurope dac will continue to act as the Irish and PanEuropean partner of Generali for the corporate employee benefit business to serve existing and future clients.
