The Board of Directors resolves on the corporate bodies for the period 2022-2024

Milan – At a meeting today, the Board of Directors of Assicurazioni Generali resolved on the assignment of corporate offices for the three-year period 2022-24, electing:

• Chair: Andrea Sironi;
• Managing Director and Group CEO: Philippe Donnet, with the confirmation of the previous delegations of powers and the role of director in charge of the internal control and risk management system.

At a future meeting, the Board will establish the Board Committees and appoint their members.

The Board of Directors has also resolved on the new administrative body for The Generali Human Safety Net Foundation ONLUS, appointing Gabriele Galateri di Genola, elected as Chair, Simone Bemporad, Cristiano Borean, Philippe Donnet, Aldo Minucci, Monica Alessandra Possa and Lucia Silva.
