With Excellence in Core Capabilities as one of the strategic priorities of Lifetime Partner 27: Driving Excellence, our aim is to accelerate business growth and continue to diversify our investment capabilities.

Excellence in our Core Capabilities in Insurance means that:

  • We will accelerate business growth across P&C, Protection, Health & Accident and Life businesses. We are committed to expanding our reach to an ever-growing customer base, while increasing the number of multi-holding customers.
  • We will increase our technical proficiency. This will allow us to increase our profitability and market position, and be ready to face the new challenges of a constantly evolving market.
  • We will enhance our Group effectiveness. Our Group capabilities and assets will support our efforts at business level, with AI playing a transformative role in streamlining operations, driving cost savings, and enabling us to achieve operational excellence at scale.

Through these initiatives, we want to consolidate our role as Lifetime Partner in the insurance business, taking it to the next level and driving excellence in every field.
 

Excellence in our Core Capabilities in Asset Management means that:

  • We are focused on executing a significant expansion in private markets and real assets capabilities, both geographically - for example, infrastructure and private credit in US; loans and Collateralized Loan Obligations in Europe - and laterally – such as mezzanine debt in real estate.
  • We are upscaling the already good capability and quality of the distribution and client service teams.
  • We are deploying process automation, leveraging artificial intelligence and best practice sharing among similar businesses, to drive efficiency and empower our People to perform at their best.
  • We are implementing activities to attract, retain and motivate talent as this is critical to successfully meet our customers’ needs - because Asset Management is a people business.


Our Asset Management business and strategy are well positioned, supported by the tools and resources needed to compete effectively in today’s rapidly evolving markets. Over this strategic cycle, we will further strengthen our positioning, enhancing our capacity to scale private asset businesses and creating a powerful global combination of distribution, seed capital, and investment expertise to take our role as Lifetime Partner to the next level.
