By embedding artificial intelligence and data-driven solutions across key areas of our business, we are improving pricing accuracy, accelerating claims handling, enhancing underwriting, and streamlining operations. These capabilities enable us to operate more efficiently, make faster and more informed decisions, and deliver more relevant services to our customers and distributors.

How we are going to do this

To make this vision a reality, we are focusing on five key areas:

  1. Scaling 16 impactful AI solutions across pricing, underwriting, claims, and operations
  2. Accelerating innovation through strategic partnerships and advanced R&D, like the one we established with MIT LIDS (MIT Laboratory for Information and Decision Systems)
  3. Boosting personal productivity by adopting Generative AI tools at scale
  4. Strengthening and expanding AI capabilities by providing analytics skills, tools, and shared platforms to all business units
  5. Ensuring responsible and scalable AI/ Generative AI adoption by fully implementing a robust AI governance framework
