Through DAS, the Generali Italia company specialising in legal protection, there is now a “legal help desk” available for all legal issues related to the spread of the coronavirus and the actions necessary to contain the epidemic.
Indeed, DAS has initiated a partnership with 4cLegal to offer an initial free consultation on legal issues related to the current emergency situation from qualified and specialist professionals, in particular regarding information on the correct use of smart working, teleworking and on privacy issues, or for questions concerning the use of measures to support companies or for clarifications related to the failure to comply with contractual conditions for the cancellation of events, supply of goods and services, etc.
