Generali’s We LEARN Week

Thanks to training and knowledge-sharing initiatives, the event is a unique opportunity to connect with colleagues from around the world, exchange ideas and best practices, and grow together as a global community in a Leading Learning Organization.
Taking place from 3rd to 6th June, the 2025 edition held particular significance this year: in the middle of the skill revolution that is reshaping industries, economies, and societies at an unprecedented pace, the Group has accelerated investments on learning to support the development of the latest technical, digital and soft skills.
The contents at the heart of We LEARN Week 2025
We LEARN Week encourages every colleague to take ownership of their growth. From digital fluency to continuous improvement, from collaboration to critical thinking, Generali supports its people in staying adaptable and ready for what’s ahead.
We LEARN Week 2025 was centred on three key themes:
- Upskilling for impact – providing the right tools to be future-ready and thrive
- “Lifetime Partner 27: Driving Excellence” strategy – exploring today’s scenario and the trends shaping our business
- AI and GenAI awareness – building responsible fluency in the latest technologies, especially artificial intelligence and generative AI
These priorities reflect Generali’s belief that investing in people’s development is essential to the Group’s long-term success and to sustaining its role a Lifetime Partner for all stakeholders.
Upskilling, one of the strategic foundations of the Generali People Strategy
