This is my working principle. My name has been Chavalit Chatchaianan for 3 years and now in my 4th year working in this organization called The Land of Opportunity, Generali Thailand is an organization that gives me the opportunity to show my full potential. My responsibilities are training courses on representation, life insurance brokerage, training to understand different life insurance products sold in different channels, as well as supporting and organizing various activities for life insurance agents and brokers

one of the missions that I have been responsible for, and it gives me the opportunity to show my best skills. It is a challenge to teach the content to the participants to understand and pass the exam, which I was able to pass 80% of the exams, and it is a pride that my supervisor in my department has given me with the Tutorial Champion Award, but what I consider the greatest pride is not any prize, but a sincere thank you to the participants who passed the exam that was given to me

นี่คือหลักการทำงานของผม ก่อนอื่นผมขอแนะนำตัวครับ ผมชื่อ ชวลิต ฉัตรชัยอนันต์ เป็นเวลา 3 ปี ย่างเข้าปีที่ 4 ที่ผมได้เข้ามาทำงานในองค์กรแห่งนี้ ที่เรียกว่า ดินแดนแห่งโอกาส  Generali Thailand เป็นองค์กรที่ให้โอกาสผม ได้แสดงศักยภาพในการทำงานอย่างเต็มที่ ด้วยภารกิจของงานที่ทำคือ ผมเป็นวิทยากรฝ่ายฝึกอบรม (Sale Training ) ให้กับ ตัวแทนประกันชีวิต และนายหน้าประกันชีวิต หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบคือ อบรมหลักสูตรการเป็นตัวแทน , นายหน้าประกันชีวิต , อบรมให้เข้าใจถึง ผลิตภัณฑ์ประกันชีวิตต่างๆ ที่จำหน่ายในแต่ละช่องทาง  รวมถึงการสนับสนุน การจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆให้กับ ตัวแทน และนายหน้าประกันชีวิต

หนึ่งในภารกิจที่ผมได้รับผิดชอบ และถือเป็นการให้โอกาสกับผม ได้แสดงความสามารถอย่างเต็มที่  ก็คือการที่ผมได้รับผิดชอบ หลักสูตร การติวสอบ ตัวแทน , นายหน้าประกันชีวิต มันเป็นความท้าทาย ที่จะต้องสอนเนื้อหา ให้ผู้เข้าอบรมเข้าใจ และสามารถสอบผ่านได้ ซึ่งผมสามารถทำให้ผู้เข้าอบรมสอบผ่านได้ถึง 80 %  และนับเป็นความภูมิใจ ที่ผู้บังคับบัญชาในส่วนงานของผม ได้มอบรางวัล Tutorial Champion Award ให้กับผม แต่สิ่งที่ผมถือว่าเป็นความภูมิใจสูงสุด หาใช่เป็นของรางวัลใดๆ แต่เป็นคำกล่าวขอบคุณอย่างจริงใจ ของผู้เข้าอบรมที่สอบผ่าน ที่ได้มอบให้กับผม
