Many people say that in large companies everyone is just a number.

I have 30 years of life in the company.

I am 16 percent of Generali's 190-year history.

 

In these years

I have met more than 500 colleagues scattered throughout Italy.

I have seen 5 insurance companies (Assicurazioni Generali, INA Assitalia, Toro, Lloyd and Augusta) unite under the wings of Generali Italia.

I have visited more than 250 agencies and met more than 350 agents and over 500 consultants and management producers.

I have met, listened, found solutions on behalf of thousands of clients realizing how important the role of an insurance company is in everyone's life.

I have had the opportunity to carry out work activities in Generali in 5 different areas accumulating experience, skills, defeats and victories.

During my travels in Italy, Europe and even beyond, I have happened dozens of times I have taken home a picture of a Generali office. Buildings rich in history or ultra-modern constructions that house Generali's 50 offices around the world and make us feel a bit at home even when we are far away.

In at least 5 important events I have had the opportunity to be helped by the invaluable colleagues of Claims for the settlement of damages suffered.

In my head and heart

But there are not the numbers I have listed, in these 30 (of 190) years there are the faces and names of the people with whom I have had the opportunity to talk, work, grow and interact.

A number of colleagues that I can't count but who are the real wealth of this great Group.

It would be nice to meet other 189 Generali Lions to share our experiences and celebrate Generali's 190 together.

Because we are not numbers, we are the people of Generali in the world!

Siamo soltanto numeri?

Molti dicono che nelle grandi aziende ognuno è solo un numero.

Ho 30 anni di vita in azienda.

Sono il 16% di 190 anni di storia delle Generali.

 

In questi anni

In questi anni ho conosciuto più di 500 colleghi sparsi in tutta Italia.

Ho visto 5 compagnie di assicurazioni (Assicurazioni Generali, INA Assitalia, Toro, Lloyd e Augusta) unirsi sotto le ali di Generali Italia.

Ho visitato oltre 250 agenzie e conosciuto più di 350 agenti e oltre 500 consulenti e produttori di direzione.

Ho conosciuto, ascoltato, trovato soluzioni per conto di migliaia di clienti rendendomi conto di quanto sia importante il ruolo di una compagnia di assicurazioni nella vita di ciascuno.

Ho avuto la possibilità di svolgere attività lavorative in Generali in 5 differenti settori accumulando esperienze, competenze, sconfitte e vittorie.

Nel corso dei viaggi effettuati in Italia, Europa e anche oltre, mi è capitato decine di volte di riportare una foto di una sede di Generali. Edifici ricchi di storia o costruzioni ultra moderne che ospitano le 50 sedi di Generali nel mondo e che ci fanno sentire un po’ a casa anche quando ne siamo lontani.

In almeno 5 importanti eventi ho avuto modo di essere aiutato dai preziosi colleghi di Claims per la liquidazione di danni subiti.

Nella mia testa e nel mio cuore

Non ci sono però i numeri che ho elencato, in questi 30 (di 190) anni ci sono i volti e i nomi delle persone con cui ho avuto la possibilità di parlare, lavorare, crescere e interagire.

Un numero di colleghi che non riesco a contare ma che sono la vera ricchezza di questo grande Gruppo.

Sarebbe bello conoscere altri 189 Generali Lions per condividere altre esperienze e festeggiare insieme i 190 di Generali.

Perché non siamo numeri, siamo il popolo di Generali nel mondo!
