    Global Agent Excellence Contest 2018

    The insurance industry is undergoing a profound transformation driven by connectivity and digitalization. Traditional distribution plays an increasingly important role as it evolves into a new model whereby technology enables more efficient processes, more tailored solutions to clients and more satisfactory relationships between agents and customers.

    At the same time, Generali aims to provide agents with specialized training and innovative support tools to help them through this transformation and to underpin growth in their business.

     

    This is the backdrop of the Global Agent Excellence Contest, one of the key initiatives that Group designed to re-affirm Generali’s commitment to its distribution network, encourage better performance and reward the most innovative agents across the world. In 2017 more than 100,000 agents from 23 markets have applied. Based on a set of standard performance criteria, 200 agents will be selected and invited to the “Grand Finale” in Sorrento, Italy, in October 2018, where the global winner will be announced.
