In Search of Talent

We are a global leader in the complex, fascinating insurance industry, whose success is based on the ability to understand the world and, in a certain sense, to predict the future. It is a difficult and sophisticated task, relying on what, for us, is the rarest and most important type of capital: human capital.

Accordingly, Generali has launched the first Global Graduate Program to identify and train talented young people through a high-quality international process, with opportunities for a cosmopolitan working life with international assignments, training, professional mentorship and networking. More than 2,500 applications were received from 70 countries around the world, entering a recruitment process that will end in September with the 20 successful candidates. Generali’s CEO Mario Greco and the company’s top managers have taken a keen interest in the programme, meeting the candidates that made it through to the final selection phase.

An international background, broad skillset and willingness to travel are the characteristics Generali is looking for to help shape its future, along with an interest in a global career, support for the Group’s values, a goal-oriented attitude and desire to help develop people and communities.
