Jana Šestáková wins the Generali Global Advisor Excellence Contest

More than 100,000 advisors from all over the world joined the 2023 edition of the contest which rewards and celebrates advisors' innovative and customer focused approach

Jana Šestáková from the Czech Republic has been crowned the winner of Generali’s Global Advisor Excellence Contest (GAEC), which brings together Generali advisors from across twenty five countries to find new and innovative ways to be Lifetime Partners to their customers, in line with Generali’s strategy “Lifetime Partner 24: Driving Growth”.
Jana Šestáková has been chosen from over 100,000 advisors coming from over 28 entities worldwide, due to her role as a pillar of her local community, acting as a trusted advisor that establishes long-term and long lasting relationships with customers, as well as championing local charitable causes. She was named as the winner at a ceremony held in Milan, Italy. The goal of the initiative, launched in 2017, is to encourage Generali advisors from different countries to inspire each other, share knowledge, experiences, and key trends from around the world. In addition, GAEC recognises advisors who promote the activities of Generali's The Human Safety Net Foundation and their fundraising initiatives that support vulnerable families and the integration of refugees.

To reward and celebrate the commitment and achievements of its advisors, Generali has sought out the best and most innovative distributors which were assessed on criteria that included digitalisation, customer contact and production & retention, all of which are at the heart of Generali’s Lifetime Partner ambition.
