What crossing international borders on the phone means

Chiara Jannuzzi from Europ Assistance
Working for Europ Assistance means being part of a huge international and culturally diverse family, all working together to serve the internal and external customers being caring, available, reliable and easy to work with.

For me working for Europ Assistance is a unique opportunity to grow both professionally and personally at an international level. For example, in the past I managed the cancer awareness meetings in French, participated in workshops for Internal Women’s Day in Italian, organized Top Management meetings in English, discussed about event management in Spanish. I also enjoy the informal chats with my colleagues across the world, a way to brush up on my German as well.

Interacting with both Europ Assistance and Generali colleagues across the world is the chance to brainstorm and find new initiatives and ideas, embracing the power of differences. This is also the power of the Sustain and Grow programme I am taking part in and this is even more exciting as we get the chance to also help NGOs!

When travelling to countries where we either have Generali or Europ Assistance offices, I know I will always be able to find someone to brainstorm and of course also take a coffee with!
