This boat sailed on 17/12/2020, the date of the launch of the Employee Resource Groups project, the group of volunteer colleagues committed to promoting a more inclusive corporate culture, and marked for us the beginning of a new adventure that will see us on board the D&I editorial team, with the aim of helping to generate and report, together with tuttɘ quantɘ You, the wave of change that will make our company increasingly inclusive, innovative and sustainable.

Alessia, Angela, Alessandra Claudia, Claudio, Elisabetta, Giulia, Lucia, Luisa, Mariarita, Nunzia, Teresa, Sara in the beginning we were just names, then faces and finally we became a team.

We want to tell it like this: simply with words, pictures, smiles, what BE BOLD FOR INCLUSION means to us!

Quella barca è salpata il 17/12/2020 data del kick off del progetto Employee Resource Groups, , il gruppo di colleghi volontari impegnati a prmuovere una cultura aziendale più inclusiva,, e ha segnato per noi l’inizio di una nuova avventura che ci vede a bordo del team editoriale D&I con l’obiettivo di contribuire a generare e raccontare assieme a tuttɘ quantɘ Voi quell’onda di cambiamento che porterà la nostra Compagnia a essere sempre più inclusiva, innovativa e sostenibile.

Alessia, Angela, Alessandra Claudia, Claudio, Elisabetta, Giulia, Lucia, Luisa, Mariarita, Nunzia, Teresa, Sara all’inizio eravamo solo dei nomi, poi dei volti e infine siamo diventati una squadra.

Vogliamo raccontarlo così: semplicemente con parole, immagini, sorrisi, cosa significa per noi BE BOLD FOR INCLUSION!
