When a friend called me to ask if I would like to work at Ceabs, I had no idea that the company would charm me so much.

I remember that I went for the interview and immediately fell in love with the company and especially with the people who are part of it. I saw how much taking good care of the internal customer could contribute and differentiate the treatment of our end customer.

I am so grateful to be part of it!

But the challenges soon began, after all I am in a company that is renewing itself and growing every year. I accepted the challenge and learned a lot on this new journey. It didn't stop there, the challenge of insulation soon followed. And once again, Ceabs is leading the way in caring for and protecting its greatest asset: its people. We have been working from home for over a year, yes, but we are never isolated as we are supported on a daily basis by the management team who ensure that we are supported, encouraged and developed as people.

I have only been with the company for two and a half years, but it is enough for me to know that I want to stay for another ten years.

And this is not just my story, but the story of thousands of people who are part of this company.

Cuidado (Care)

Quando uma amiga me ligou perguntado se eu gostaria de trabalhar na Ceabs ,nem imaginava que a empresa iria me encantar tanto.

Me lembro que fui na entrevista e logo me apaixonei pela empresa e principalmente pelas pessoas que fazem parte da mesma. Vi o quanto que o cuidar bem do cliente interno pôde contribuir e diferenciar o tratamento do nosso cliente final.

Sou tão grata por fazer parte disso!

Mas, os desafios logo começaram ,afinal estou em uma empresa que se renova e cresce a cada ano. Desafio aceito e muito aprendizado ao longo dessa nova jornada. Não parou por aí, logo veio o desafio do isolamento. E a Ceabs mais uma vez sai na frente cuidando e protegendo seu bem mais maior: os colaboradores. Estamos trabalhando em home office há mais de um ano sim, mas isolados jamais, pois somos assistidos diariamente pela equipe de gestão que faz questão que nos apoiar, incentivar e nos promover como pessoas.

Faço parte da empresa apenas dois anos e meio, mas é o suficiente para eu saber que quero permanecer por mais uns dez anos.

E essa não é apenas a minha historia ,mas de milhares de pessoas que fazem parte dessa companhia.
