Modification of the Share Capital

Trieste - We hereby inform that the share capital of Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A., fully subscribed and paid up, amounts now to € 1,586,833,696.00 due to the completion of the share capital increase, in execution of the co-investment share plan related to the 2019-2021 mandate for the Managing Director/Group CEO approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company on 30^th April 2020.

The inscription of the document certifying such increase has been formally lodged on 14^th July 2022 with the Venezia Giulia Company’s Register.

Therefore, as illustrated in the following table, the above-mentioned capital is subdivided into 1,586,833,696 ordinary shares with no explicit par value.
