Trieste – Consequently with the provisions of Consob resolution no. 21304 of March 17th 2020, concerning the “Reduction of the percentage threshold of initial notification under Article 120, paragraph 2-bis of Legislative Decree No. 58 of 1998 for share holdings in the capital of a listed issuer with Italy as home Member State, high current market value and an especially broad shareholder base”, Assicurazioni Generali informs that for all those notifying the company of the existence of a major shareholding, under the aforementioned resolution, the following e-mail addresses are available:
