Anna Pagani from Generali Italy wins the Generali Global Advisor Excellence Contest 2025
Mallorca – Anna Pagani, from Generali Italy, has won the 2025, 7th edition of the Global Advisor Excellence Contest (GAEC), celebrating Generali’s best advisors. For the seventh consecutive year, over 160,000 agents from around the world participated in the contest, while the 300 Top Champions were celebrated in Mallorca.
The initiative, launched in 2017, aims to encourage Generali advisors from different countries to inspire one another, share their knowledge and experiences, and celebrate each other's achievements. To reward the ongoing commitment and excellence of its agents, the Group annually identifies the most outstanding and innovative profiles based on specific criteria, including top line growth, advisory excellence, Multiholding and Digital Usage —all key elements of Generali’s “Lifetime Partner” strategy.
The 2025 edition also recognised agents who actively promote the activities of Generali’s foundation, The Human Safety Net, which supports vulnerable families with young children and helps integrate refugees through work and entrepreneurship.
Isabelle Conner, Group Chief Marketing & Customer Officer of Generali, commented: “The Global Advisor Excellence Contest celebrates Generali advisors who act as true Lifetime Partners to our 71 mln customers. We’re proud of our advisors worldwide who deliver innovative, personalised solutions with outstanding service. As we advance our advisory model through digitalisation, we remain committed to helping customers build safer, more sustainable futures. Congratulations to Anna Pagani for her exceptional achievement, and thank you to all of our advisors—trusted guides to our customers across more than 50 countries.”
One of the strategic priorities of the “Lifetime Partner 27: Driving Excellence” plan is excellence in customer relationships. Generali therefore continues to strengthen its commitment as a Lifetime Partner, focusing on delivering outstanding customer experiences across all channels and tailored solutions to meet constantly evolving consumer needs. This is supported by robust investments in advanced technologies, enhancing the productivity of the distribution network through digital tools, advanced CRM systems, and continuous training programs. Furthermore, the use of artificial intelligence (AI), including generative AI, further simplifies claims management and contributes to improving service quality.
In 2025, Generali also launched its new global brand platform and advertising campaign, “Here. Now.”, which highlights the passion and dedication of the Group’s advisory network and their ability to create meaningful daily connections with customers.
