
Again this year, Generali joined Pride Month celebrations to support the rights of the LGBTQI+ community, but with something new: in addition to Milano Pride, which Generali supported as a sponsor in both 2023 and 2024, the Group joined celebrations in Vienna, Zurich and Paris - and other celebrations are planned in Cologne, Luxembourg, Bratislava, Prague, and Enniskillen. Kicked off by a Pride corporate walk in Mumbai, this growing global presence is a powerful reminder that inclusion is not just a statement - it’s a movement.
For Generali, supporting Pride means creating workplaces where everyone feels welcome, respected, empowered and valued. Pride is a celebration that transcends boundaries, a shared moment of inclusion where people from all walks of life come together to honour authenticity, embrace diversity, and foster a sense of belonging for everyone.
This participation demonstrates Generali’s strong and ongoing commitment, further reflected in the ever-growing involvement of Group employees across the countries and Business Units in which Generali operates.

With its participation in the 2025 Pride Month celebrations, Generali reaffirms its commitment to promoting the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion, which play a key role in the Lifetime Partner 27: Driving Excellence strategy.

At the same time, Pride is about the cultural transformation journey that Generali has embarked on together with the LGBTQI+ people and allies of We PROUD, the Group’s LGBTQI+ Employee Resource Group (ERG) dedicated to these issues.
We PROUD aims to foster inclusion in the workplace, raise awareness of the challenges LGBTQI+ employees face, and improve understanding of the needs of colleagues and customers. In so doing, it contributes to removing cultural and behavioural barriers, while promoting important projects dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion in line with the Generali People Strategy “GPeople27 – People Powered Excellence”.
