These initiatives consistently see strong participation, reflecting a Culture where open feedback is encouraged and every voice matters. In Europe, engagement is further strengthened through ongoing social dialogue with the European Works Council (EWC).

Listening is meaningful only when it leads to action. Feedback collected in an anonymised form through our surveys is carefully analysed and translated into concrete initiatives, combining Group priorities with local actions, to turn insights into progress and make Generali an even better place to work.
