To strengthen its commitment to a sustainable and human‑centric approach to AI, Generali has formalised shared principles with the workers’ representatives of the Generali European Works Council (EWC). These principles are set out in the Joint Declaration on Technological Transformation, Digitalisation and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
