Generali is for me…
Generali is tiredness. He constantly challenges me with new realities, with activities to learn and manage that are not part of my daily life. It breaks down my rigidity with different and innovative ways of working, it nudges me with working groups and colourful post-it notes on which to write ideas, it wants to hear my voice on so many issues, even if they are outside my remit, the things I know and feel most comfortable about.
Generali is a family. My work family, with colleagues who mix with friends. With faceless names, with whom they exchange chats full of emoticons and information, with whom they help each other find answers and get their work done. People you love, who surprise you with videos for the retirement party you missed. People who support you and support you in times of stress, people with whom you can share experiences, help and be helped.
Generali is growth. It gives me insights, it gives me opportunities. At the age of 40, it has fuelled my personal passions, and after work, after being a mother, I still want to take a course to explore new topics. To bring new concepts into my daily work. To make it better and more efficient. Just to use my passions.
All this is life, my life in Generali.

Generali è per me...
Non ho un evento speciale da ricordare, ma vorrei spiegare cos’è Generali per me tutti i giorni.
Generali è fatica. Costantemente mi mette alla prova con realtà nuove, con attività da imparare a conoscere e gestire che non fanno parte del mio quotidiano. Abbatte le mie rigidità con metodi di lavoro diversi e innovativi, mi punzecchia con gruppi di lavoro e post-it colorati su cui scrivere idee, vuole sentire la mia voce su tanti argomenti anche quando non fanno parte del mio ambito, delle cose che conosco e su cui sono più a mio agio.
Generali è famiglia. La mia famiglia lavorativa, con colleghi che si mischiano ad amici. Con nomi senza volto con cui si scambiano chat colme di emoticon e informazioni, con cui ci si aiuta per trovare risposte e portare avanti il proprio lavoro. Persone a cui si vuol bene da sorprendere con video a sorpresa per la festa di pensionamento mancata. Persone che ti sostengono e da sostenere nei momenti di stress, persone con cui condividere le proprie esperienze per aiutare e essere aiutati.
Generali è crescita. Mi fornisce spunti, mi lascia delle opportunità. A 40 anni ha alimentato le mie passioni personali e dopo il lavoro, dopo aver fatto la mamma, ho ancora voglia di seguire un corso per approfondire nuove tematiche. Per portare nuovi concetti nel mio lavoro quotidiano. Per renderlo migliore ed efficiente. Semplicemente per farlo sfruttando le mie passioni.
Tutto questo è vita, la mia vita in Generali.
