TOGETHER on the journey
Our commitment to embedding Sustainability has also radically impacted how we communicate, from greater attention being paid to inclusive language and accessibility, to providing clear and concise tips on how to face the Next Normal, to introducing new collaboration tools. Our event formats have become even more streamlined, with every detail being scrutinized to ensure that we are being consistent with our Sustainability Goals and promises.
Amid these changes, I want to share a pivotal experience that has truly inspired me and makes me proud to be part of a Group that plays the role of Responsible Employer. I participated in the Lioness Acceleration Program, a unique initiative that empowered me with specific training tailored to my growth. This program not only enhanced my personal and professional skills, but also provided a platform to connect with women from diverse backgrounds and roles. Through this program, I realized that many of us have faced similar challenges in our workplaces and by sharing our experiences, we were able to come up with innovative solutions. Discussing these challenges in a supportive environment reinforced the understanding that we can empower one another by sharing.
A very important initiative recently launched by the Group that hinges upon the same idea of taking the sharing process and turning it into an opportunity to collaborate and innovate is TOGETHER, the first Group-wide women and allies’ network, managed by the Elevate Program members. Thanks to the great dedication and efforts of the Employee Resource Group and Elevate members, TOGETHER has achieved remarkable success with colleagues of all genders eager to join and demonstrate their support for gender equality.
The strength of TOGETHER is that, by creating awareness around behaviours and mindsets, it encourages action to further enhance inclusivity. I am personally proud to be a member of a network where the culture of giving back is evident and I’d like to encourage everyone around our Group to take advantage of this network. In TOGETHER, we have the chance to pass on our learning experiences and provide future generations within our organisation with the skills and mindset to foster an environment that promotes the inclusion of all people.

In recent years, there has been a significant transformation in the role of employers across all sectors.
