That is why I am proud that the Generali Group recognizes the importance of sustainability. And for me, being a sustainable employer is a core objective for our business. I firmly believe that our people are the biggest value of our company.
We care about our employees and want Generali Poland to be a place where they can simply be themselves and develop their talents. That's why we have created an amazingly inclusive workplace. We care about diversity in managerial positions. Currently, 33% of the Board of Directors of our insurance companies are women. There is also diversity in terms of age. Diversity increases the creativity and effectiveness of our company.
Generali Poland has a Generali Pride Group, which supports LGBTQI plus people. We regularly organize the Diversity and Inclusion Manager's Academy, which is a series of 5 workshops on diversity in the broadest sense, consisting of modules during which we show, among other things, the unconscious mechanisms of exclusion and privilege, give managers skills and training on inclusive communication and educate how to better manage conflicts arising from diversity.
The new office we moved into over a year ago is a welcoming place for everyone. There are Gender neutral toilets and a room for breastfeeding mothers, creative rooms that support collaboration and creative work of our employees, as well as relaxation areas. We have also built a gym so that employees can take care of their health and fitness. We have a professional bike room with a locker room and a bathroom. Our office is dog friendly too! It is very important to our employees that the office they work in is environmentally friendly, and its location allows them to reach it by public transportation or bicycle.
We support our employee-parents. For those returning after a maternity, paternity or parental leave, we have implemented a therapeutic support program called "Peaceful Return with Generali" - an opportunity to benefit from Generali-funded consultations with a psychologist and psychotherapist who specializes in working with parents and their children.
We also have a very popular therapeutic support program available for all employees.
The 3/2 hybrid work model, tailored to the individual needs and conditions of the employee, makes it easier to combine professional and private responsibilities and take care of the work-life balance.
We also invest in the development of our employees through training. We give our employees the opportunity to choose not only training in their area of substantive responsibility, but also the opportunity for training in many other areas, announced regularly on the intranet as part of the #YouChoose program.
We know that employees nowadays also expect their employer to support them in meeting social needs, helping others. We organize employee volunteer activities as part of THSN, supporting people in Single Mother Centers. I am particularly proud of the commitment of our volunteers in the recent THSN Challenge, in their enthusiasm and willingness to share their talents and passions to support disadvantaged people. For years, our employees have been supporting Children's Homes through Letters to Santa Claus.
I believe that as a responsible employer, that cares about diversity and inclusion in the workplace, the well-being and development of its employees is the highest priority for Generali as an employer. The fulfillment of our needs to care for the environment and for others, makes our working environment attractive for employees and all other stakeholders, giving value to everyone and creating a better, sustainable future for our customers and partners as well.

Here you can be yourself!
In today's social and economic environment, sustainability has to be embedded in the way we do business. As companies, we have access to knowledge and data that allows us to see more and anticipate certain phenomena. Insurance is also a special industry, an industry whose scope of business includes estimating risks and - in a sense - predicting the future.
