20 young talents now on board!
Generali welcomes new colleagues chosen from across the world for a special international programme
The Generali Global Graduate Programme goes live. At the end of September the Group has chosen the 20 young adults for the selective international program in a special session in the Group Head Office in Trieste. They have joined a corporate community that grows talent, works in a stimulating international environment, undertakes challenging roles: this is the purpose of the first edition of this exceptional experience which aims at employing talented individuals to develop within the Group and project towards an international career.
An outstanding academic background, an excellent grasp of English, high motivation, openness to working in an international context and sharing the values of the Generali Group are the characteristics of the winners, who come from 15 different countries. They were chosen from over 2.550 candidates from 79 countries at the end of a long selection process.
The Generali Global Graduate Programme will see the participants involved in working activities with international job rotations in various business sectors of the Group across the world.
The program will also include participation in a training course that will lead to the award of a “Generali MIB Master in Insurance management”, developed in partnership with the MIB School of Management of Trieste. For the duration of the program participants will have an employee contract with Assicurazioni Generali Head Office, and they will subsequently be hired by one of the Generali Group companies in the world.
