Crepe is Generali's podcast dedicated to mental health. Through authentic personal stories and insights from specialists, the project explores topics that are often surrounded by stigma and silence, with the aim of fostering greater awareness, encouraging open dialogue, and contributing to a more inclusive culture that values people's psychological wellbeing.

First edition: stories of vulnerability and resilience

The first edition of Crepe gives voice to people who have experienced conditions such as burnout, anxiety, bulimia, postpartum depression and borderline personality disorder. Through their stories and the contribution of mental health experts, the podcast explores the impact of these experiences on everyday life, as well as the paths towards recovery, resilience and personal growth.

Second edition: the new vulnerabilities of our time

The second edition explores some of the forms of psychological distress emerging in a rapidly changing society. Cyberbullying, social isolation, digital withdrawal and social pressure are at the heart of a reflection that combines firsthand accounts with expert perspectives, offering tools to better understand the challenges affecting today's world, particularly younger generations.
