Milan - Assicurazioni Generali informs that, within the deadline contained in the press release issued by the Company on 17 April, no proposals have been received from shareholders for the appointment of a female nominee as member of the Company’s next Board of Statutory Auditors, in addition to the nominees included in the lists already submitted.
