Resignation of Giovanni Perissinotto

Trieste. Assicurazioni Generali said that Giovanni Perissinotto had today formally resigned from the company Board of Directors, having agreed to terminate all corporate ties with the Generali group.

Giovanni Perissinotto was a non-executive and non-independent director pursuant both to the Consolidated Finance Act (TUIF) and to the Voluntary Code of Conduct for Listed Companies, and was not a member of any board committee.

As of today, Giovanni Perissinotto held 88,922 Generali ordinary shares.
