Generali was confirmed at the top of the Webranking review, the survey that evaluates the corporate websites’ performance of leading European companies, drafted by Comprend in collaboration with Lundquist. The Group stands out among the most transparent companies in Italy and is rewarded with five stars and a score of 85.3 over 100, ranking fourth out of 122 companies evaluated and improving a position compared to 2019.

The research recognises in particular that Generali successfully integrates sustainability into its online corporate communication, not just through a comprehensive presentation of its approach in terms of responsible investments, but also by directly communicating to financial markets, providing investors with useful and specific information on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues.

The Group also stood out for its ability to communicate Covid-19 impact and the future of the company as well as to effectively present its corporate governance by providing visibility to the top management and information on the Group’s risk management activity.

Moreover, Generali was recently included as "Gold Class" in the .trust-listed Italy ranking by Lundquist, which provides content strategy and corporate communication services and whose research analyses companies’ ability to generate trust in all stakeholders and support business through digital communication.
