Generali is again “Gold Class” in the .trust ranking by Lundquist

The Group demonstrates excellence also in the second edition of the corporate communication “Champions League” in Italy

Again this year, Generali positively stood out and was included as "Gold Class" in the .trust-listed Italy ranking by Lundquist, which provides content strategy and corporate communication services and whose research analyses companies’ ability to generate trust in all stakeholders and support business through digital communication.

Not only leadership, storytelling and innovation, but also substance and distinctiveness. Resulting from this encounter is the ranking presented for this second edition: while substance indicates the ability to provide a unified vision of the company and its role, distinctiveness refers to the creation of an effective storytelling for all stakeholders. Once again, Generali stood out in both aspects, also in light of the disruptive effects that Covid-19 had on corporate communication strategies.

In the 2020 edition, 112 Italian listed companies were analysed. A positive trend emerged from the research, highlighting how companies are committed to balancing substance and transparency with the ability to reach out to a broad audience and show how its purpose is closely connected to business, talking about innovation, transformation and sustainability.
