Generali confirmed at the top of Webranking

The Group stands out among the most transparent companies in Italy and Europe, with five stars and a score of 86.3 over 100

Generali was confirmed at the top of the Webranking review, the survey that evaluates the corporate websites’ performance of leading European companies, drafted by Comprend in collaboration with Lundquist. The Group stands out among the most transparent companies in Italy and Europe and is rewarded with five stars and a score of 86.3 over 100, improving its score by one point compared to 2020.

The research recognises in particular Generali’s ability to effectively present the Group and successfully integrate sustainability into its online corporate communication, especially providing specific information on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues in the website section dedicated to investors.

The Webranking review, now in its twentieth edition in Italy and twenty-fifth in Europe, is the main survey that assesses the transparency of corporate and financial digital communication of major listed companies. This year, the Italian sample included 111 companies, while at European level the largest 500 companies by capitalisation were considered.
