Europ Assistance strengthens the Stade de France vaccination system

Europ Assistance's medical teams provide support and expertise to the vaccination campaign at the Stade de France vaccination centre, inaugurated on 6th April, under the supervision of the Prefecture of Seine-Saint-Denis

Europ Assistance is strengthening the vaccine system at the Stade de France vaccination centre, inaugurated on 6th April and coordinated by local government authorities, the Prefecture of the Seine-Saint-Denis department and the regional health agency. The newly established hub aims to administer 10,000 doses per week, primarily intended for the inhabitants of Seine-Saint-Denis.

Every day, Europ Assistance medical teams – composed of one doctor and five nurses each - will oversee vaccine prescriptions and injections, together with the Paris fire brigade and the Red Cross. The support of a vaccination line by Europ Assistance aims to accelerate the vaccination campaign in one of the departments most affected by the third wave of the pandemic and in which Europ Assistance has been established for many years, having its headquarters next to the Stade de France.

Antoine Parisi, CEO Europ Assistance Group, commented: “Vaccinating the inhabitants of Seine-Saint-Denis who welcome us all year round is a natural process for our Group, the purpose of which is to provide support and help to people in need. I am proud of the mobilization of my teams and in particular the healthcare professionals who contribute to everyone's return to a normal life as quickly as possible”.
