A school-work project: lectures at Generali
What better way to put young students in contact with the working environment than to involve them in the daily life of an international group as Generali? This is the purpose of the “school-work project” supported by Generali and launched today in Milan and Trieste which, for the first time, will allow young high-school students to team up with the professionals of the Head Office. During this two-week learning period, the students will have the chance to increase their out-of-school working knowledge and experience, while being in a better position to decide on their future studies. The corporate functions which the students will join are: Editorial Office, Strategy & Business Development, Organization, Group Social Responsibility, Group Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Group Strategic Planning & Control, Integrated Reporting & CFO Hub, Strategic Sourcing & Employer Branding.
The students, welcomed to the Head Office in Milan by Monica Possa, Group HR, and by Anna Chiara Lucchini, Group Head of Leadership Development & Academy, and in Trieste by Elisabetta Innocente, Group Head of Planning and QBR Process, will team up with tutors belonging to the several functions. The initiative will continue for the whole summer in the two locations.
