Summer at the Procuratie Vecchie: free admissions and guided tours to the Home of The Human Safety Net
The Procuratie Vecchie in Venice opens to the public for free on July 16 for the Festa del Redentore and starting on Sunday, July 30, until the end of 2023, every last Sunday of each month. Don't miss this opportunity and discover this year's special initiatives!
For this summer and until the end of 2023, the Home of The Human Safety Net in Venice is offering visitors a series of special initiatives to discover the Procuratie Vecchie in St. Mark’s Square.
On Sunday, July 16, marking the day of the Festa del Redentore, the building will be open with free admission. Furthermore, starting on Sunday, July 30, until the end of 2023, admission to the Home of The Human Safety Net will be free for everyone on the last Sunday of each month. Visitors will be able to discover the interactive exhibition "A World of Potential", explore the installation "The Hungriest Eye. The Blossoming of Potential" by the artist Arthur Duff and access the terraces, from which enjoy the view of the city.
In addition, paid individual and group guided tours with fixed start times will continue throughout the summer, available at 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Finally, also during the summer, every Thursday it will be possible to visit the interactive exhibition 'A World of Potential' and the terraces for free for the residents of the metropolitan city of Venice, students at Venetian universities up to the age of 26 years with a valid card, and holders of the Carta Venezia Unica City Pass.
