In a context of social distancing, such as the Covid-19 emergency, the acceleration of digital transformation has proved to be essential like never before.

We have thus relied on the digitization of our commercial network and our operating model to stand by our customers even remotely, while ensuring the safety of our colleagues. We are investing € 1 billion to develop innovative platforms, scale-up process automation and use AI to customize the offering and identify fraud, while detecting and responding to potential cyberattack thanks to our Security Operation Center.

We are also financing the most promising innovation enablers with the European Innovation Fund to address today’s biggest challenges, developing new insurance solutions and providing technologically advanced services in many areas: from smart home and mobility to digitally empowered health & wellness programs.
