To be integrated in a global company has been always a great privilege and multiplayer of my professional and personal growth story.

After different steps in my professional career at Generali Switzerland I got the opportunity to join Generali Head Office in Trieste/Milan. To run an international role and to work together with several Generali business units across the globe and Head Office functions was very important to me to foster my global mind-set, to understand cultural differences as well as market dynamics and to observe how much value it can bring to change the perspective. To leverage on this experience and to be part of a global community with the respective network is a brilliant foundation to perform on my current local role and to contribute to our Group result.
