My work, my life
After three months in the company, I was surprised to find out I was pregnant, and although I was pleased with the surprise, I was also very concerned that I had only been in the role for three months and would soon be going on maternity leave. Despite my short time with the company, my management believed in my potential and how much I could contribute to the company.
In the very first year of the company, I took part in great projects and opportunities in the area of Human Resources, with the implementation of the internal payroll process, we started to process the entire payroll without the intervention of a service company (as it used to be the case), so that we could better contribute to the payment of salaries, holidays, etc. in the area. The trust that was given to me at the beginning, I turned into commitment and dedication, so that this process was carried out successfully, and today this work is the reflection of the happiness and satisfaction of the employees, who are happy to have their payments and benefits processed correctly, and also to have a differentiated service and in real time, and this happiness and satisfaction is transmitted to the external customers, because a satisfied employee, will leave the customer satisfied.
The project to internalise the payroll was arduous, but even when I was pregnant I kept my determination, it gave me a great opportunity to gain more experience, to demonstrate my work and my knowledge, and consequently to contribute to the success of the department and the company as a whole.
Returning from maternity leave, I had the recognition of all commitment and dedication, I was promoted to the function that originally aimed, it was a great joy to know how the company believed in my work and potential, understood my moment and recognized my dedication.
This recognition was confirmed a few years later, unfortunately I had depression, this really moved me, I was away for 4 (four) months, I had the full support of the company who recognised that at that time I needed medical care. When I returned from my leave, I was welcomed with great affection and concern, and in a short time I returned to take over the activities of major projects, I am happy to contribute to the team and help in the development of my colleagues, I am very grateful for the care and concern they have always had for me, I am very grateful for the care and concern they have always shown me, even in difficult times, this path has taught me that it is extremely important to care for our employees, and this care and concern was not only with me, this is for everyone, and this care is spread by Europ, contagious to all, making everyone equal and receiving the same treatment and concern.
Today I am very proud to be part of the Europ team and I am confident that they care about people, recognise their merits and above all care about their employees.

Meu trabalho, minha vida
Meu nome é Vanice Oliveira Chagas Belomi, trabalho na empresa Europ Assistance do Brasil, na área de RH e departamento Pessoal, tenho 39 anos, 03 filhos, casada e trabalho a 5 anos de empresa. Quando iniciei na Europ Assistance do Brasil (grupo Generali), a proposta foi para assumir atividades nas áreas de Departamento pessoal e RH como analista da Departamento pessoal Jr, a atividade proposta, não era a que desejava naquele momento, pois, buscava uma oportunidade como Analista de Departamento Sr, contudo, resolvi acerta sabendo que teria grandes oportunidades a caminho.
Com três meses de empresa, fui surpreendida com uma gravidez, embora feliz com esta surpresa , havia também uma grande preocupação por ter apenas três meses na função e logo me afastaria de licença maternidade. Mesmo com pouco tempo de empresa, minha gestão acreditou no meu potencial e no quanto poderia contribuir para empresa.
Logo no primeiro ano de empresa, participei de grandes projetos e oportunidades na área do departamento pessoal, com implantação do processo de folha de pagamento interno, passamos então a processar toda a folha de pessoal, sem intervenção de uma empresa prestadora de serviço (como acontecia antes), assim poderíamos contribuir melhor nos pagamentos da folha, férias, etc da área. A confiança do início que me foi conferida, reverti em empenho e dedicação para que este processo fosse realizado com sucesso, hoje, este trabalho é o reflexo da felicidade e satisfação dos colaboradores, que estão felizes tendo seus pagamentos e benefícios processados corretamente, além, de terem um atendimento diferenciado e em tempo real, e esta feridade e satisfação são retransmitidas aos clientes externos, pois, um colaborador satisfeito, deixará o cliente satisfeito.
O projeto para internalizar a folha de pagamentos foi trabalhoso, mas mesmo grávida, mantive minha determinação, isto me proporcionou uma grande oportunidade agregando mais experiência, pude demostrar meu trabalho e conhecimento, e consequentemente contribuir para sucesso da área e toda empresa.
Ao retornar de licença maternidade, tive o reconhecimento de todo empenho e dedicação, fui promovida para função que almejava inicialmente, foi uma grande alegria em saber o quanto a empresa acreditou no meu trabalho e potencial, entendeu o meu momento e reconheceu minha dedicação.
Este reconhecimento, foi confirmado alguns anos depois, infelizmente tive depressão, isto mexeu muito comigo, fiquei afastada por 4 (quatro) meses, tive todo o apoio da empresa que reconheceu que naquele momento, precisava de cuidados médicos. Ao retornar do afastamento, fui recebida com muito carinho e preocupação, e em pouco tempo, voltei a assumir as atividade de grandes projetos, tenho o prazer em contribuir com equipe e poder ajudar no desenvolvimento dos meus colegas de trabalho, sou muito grata pelo cuidado e preocupação que sempre tiveram comigo, mesmo nos momentos tão difíceis, nessa trajetória aprendi que é extremamente importante o cuidado com nossos colaboradores, e este cuidado e preocupação não foi somente comigo, isto é para todos, e este cuidado disseminado pela Europ, contagia a todos, fazendo com que todos sejam iguais e recebam os mesmos tratamentos e preocupações.
Hoje tenha muito orgulho em fazer parte do time Europ e a confiança em saber que se importam com as pessoas, e que reconhecem seus méritos, e principalmente cuidam dos seus colaboradores.
