Resilience by design: the Generali-UNDP joint report
“Resilience by Design: Strengthening Health and Human Development in a Changing Climate” is the report published in December 2024 and produced within the Generali-UNDP partnership.
From the surge in heatwaves and vector-borne diseases to the growing strain on healthcare systems, the Generali–UNDP joint report explores how climate change is reshaping health, insurance, and society – and highlights the key factors to consider to protect people and build resilience for the challenges ahead.
Generali – UNDP Students’ Challenge
Among the initiatives organized in the framework of Generali and UNDP’s partnership was the Students’ Challenge, which saw young talents from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and the University of Padua gathering in the Procuratie Vecchie - the Home of The Human Safety Net Foundation in Venice - to work together to address the topics of the next UNDP Human Development Report.
