Generali wins Gold for Executive Leadership Development at the 2025 Brandon Hall Group Awards
The Group was awarded for its executive development programme “Inspired Minds, Sustainable Futures” created with MIT Sloan - an achievement that once again spotlights Generali’s commitment to People Powered Excellence
Generali has been awarded Gold at the 2025 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards in the category of Best Executive Development Programme, recognizing the impact and innovation of the Generali Leadership Programme "Inspired Minds, Sustainable Futures", designed and delivered in collaboration with MIT Sloan Executive Education.
The programme equips Generali’s executive leaders to navigate today’s complex macroeconomic landscape, evolving work paradigms, and the opportunities presented by Sustainability, Artificial Intelligence, and Data. Over the past two years, more than 200 Generali Leaders, including the Group Management Committee, have participated in a transformative 4-day immersive experience.
This award is a testament to how empowering Generali People to actively lead and contribute to the Group’s transformation is shaping a future of Excellence. It promotes a leadership culture grounded in innovation, experimentation, and strategic vision – key enablers of sustainable growth and long-term impact.
