Generali is a 2024 “Top Employer”

Generali has been recognised as a “Top Employer” again in 2024 by the Top Employers Institute, the global certifying body for HR excellence, thanks to the policies and strategies implemented to attract the best talent, contribute to the well-being of its employees, and improve the working environment.

The Top Employer certification has been achieved by Assicurazioni Generali, Generali Italia, and Generali España.

Compared to 2023, Assicurazioni Generali’s overall score increased by 5% and reached 93.52% thanks to the effectiveness of its People Strategy, improved work environment, and the implementation of the Well-Being programme that includes specific training to promote the health and well-being of employees.

For Generali Italia, there was a confirmation of the ongoing approach successfully implemented in recent years, with the aim to further improve the employee experience with special attention to work-life balance.

This includes, among other things: significant investment in the hybrid ‘smart working’ model; special attention to talent attraction and onboarding as well as individual growth and development thanks to training programmes and a structured, meritocratic and transparent Performance Management system; a complete, innovative and wide-ranging corporate welfare programme meeting, for example, the needs of employees with children; the development of an inclusive working environment; and the promotion of a more and more sustainable and future-oriented culture.
