Generali is a 2023 “Top Employer”

Generali has been recognised as a “Top Employer” 2023 by the Top Employers Institute, the global certifying body for HR excellence, thanks to the policies and strategies implemented to attract the best talent, contribute to the well-being of its employees, and improve the working environment.

The Top Employers Institute’s analysis considered the employee processes and programmes, performance management, people development, and the values of 2,000 companies around the world.

The Top Employer certification has been achieved by Assicurazioni Generali, Generali Italia and Cattolica Assicurazioni in Italy, and Generali España in Spain.

As far as Assicurazioni Generali is concerned, the total score has increased by 10% compared to 2022, thanks to recent initiatives such as: theNext Normal’ agreement, the Group Head Office hybrid organisational model; the launch of the ‘DriveUp’ training initiative and the ‘Well-Being’ programme that includes specific training to promote the health and well-being of employees.

For Generali Italia, there was a confirmation of the ongoing approach successfully implemented in recent years, with the aim to further improve the employee experience, which includes, among other things: an investment in training programmes; a structured, meritocratic and transparent Performance Management system that includes the entire workforce; a complete, innovative and wide-ranging corporate welfare programme and the development of an inclusive working environment.
