Shares history 2026

Subject to the necessary authorizations by IVASS, in its meeting of March 23^rd, 2026, the Board of Directors of Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. resolved to proceed with the cancellation of 15,166,444 treasury shares, with no par value, without a corresponding reduction in the share capital, and therefore with an increase of the implicit par value of outstanding shares.
The supervisory authority later issued the authorization under its jurisdiction. Consequently, the cancellation of treasury shares was implemented on 27^th April 2026.
