Shares history 1990
The extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of 30 June 1990 voted to: increase the company’s share capital from ITL 1,060,000,000,000 (one thousand sixty billion) to ITL 1,166,000,000,000 (one thousand one hundred sixty-six billion), divided into 583,000,000 (five hundred eighty-three million) shares with a nominal value of ITL 2,000 (two thousand) each, as follows:
- bonus issue of 53,000,000 (fifty-three million) new shares with a nominal value of ITL 2,000 (two thousand) each, to be allocated to shareholders in the proportion of one new share for each ten shares held;
- capitalisation of a total of ITL 106,000,000,000 (one hundred six billion) from the share premium account;
- dividend rights of the new shares effective as of 1 January 1990.
