More than just a job

I will always remember the feeling when I arrived for my interview at Generali. I was early, and was asked to wait a few minutes so I took advantage of browsing through the booklet on the new business strategy. Then they walked me to the elevator, and I was enthralled by the beauty and elegance of the building and the kindness of the people I met.

Two and a half years have passed since that day, and this feeling of wonder has only grown stronger. I am infinitely grateful and proud to be able to be part of a historic and innovative company that is both Italian and international at the same time.

For me, belonging to the Generali Group means having the chance to learn something new every day, the opportunity to grow personally and professionally and to collaborate with different people in a dynamic and positive environment.

Più di un lavoro

Mi ricorderò sempre la sensazione quando sono arrivata per il mio colloquio da Generali. Ero in anticipo, mi è stato chiesto di attendere qualche minuto per cui ho approfittato di sfogliare il booklet sulla nuova strategia aziendale. Poi mi hanno accompagnata all’ascensore e sono rimasta affascinata dalla bellezza ed eleganza dell’edificio e dalla gentilezza delle persone che ho incontrato.

Da quel giorno sono passati due anni e mezzo e questa sensazione di meraviglia non ha fatto che rafforzarsi. Sono infinitamente grata e fiera di poter far parte di un’azienda storica ed innovativa, italiana ed internazionale allo stesso tempo.

Per me, appartenere al Gruppo Generali significa avere la possibilità di imparare qualcosa di nuovo ogni giorno, l’opportunità di crescere a livello personale e professionale e di collaborare con persone diverse in un ambiente dinamico e positivo.
