Generali France and Remedee Labs honoured at the World’s Digital Insurance Awards
The innovative medical solution providing chronic pain relief to patients was recognized through the Insurtech Innovation Award for the EMEA category
Generali France and its partner start-up Remedee Labs received the Insurtech Innovation Award for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) category in the framework of the 2023 World’s Digital Insurance Awards – a further recognition of the value we are committed to bringing to our customers and to our Group’s excellence in the field of technological innovation.
Remedee Labs is a French start-up that focuses on chronic pain relief thanks to the first patented stimulator of endorphins based on millimetric waves. The production of these endorphins - the body’s natural painkiller - is induced by the bracelet-shaped stimulator, which is complemented and supported by a digital services platform.
Remedee Labs is also part of Future4Care, Generali’s start-up accelerator programme launched through a joint venture with Sanofi, Capgemini and Orange, which last year received the “Prix Insurtech France” at the Argus d’Or award ceremony and was recently honoured with the Argus d’Or award.
The World’s Digital Insurance Awards showcase the most innovative InsurTech projects in the Asia Pacific, EMEA, and Americas regions, providing a platform to demonstrate how to best accelerate the digital transformation of the insurance sector and increase value for the market.
Congratulations to all our colleagues and partners involved in the project, to whom we wish good luck for the upcoming competition at the Global Insurtech Innovation Awards in December!
