Generali Group Academy, our new group Corporate University, is the focal point of the strategic and organizational transformation that Generali is undergoing to be able to compete at international level. It is a school of excellence, specifically created to develop managerial skills, share experiences and spread the company culture.
It is founded on group values, immersed in the internationalization of today’s markets, and seeks to support Generali in managing transformation processes, constructing and strengthening new leaderships, supporting managerial and middle management career paths through skills development, in addition to helping to attract, develop and retain talent.
This year, our investment in training amounts to 61.2 million euro, with 91.1% of total employees attended at least one training programme during the year, increasing the number of average hours of training per capita to 37.3 hours.
This demonstrates the group’s ongoing commitment to training for all its people, enabling them to take advantage of numerous training programmes to develop their technical, managerial and linguistic skills, among others.
