A New Loyalty Programme Powered by TicTrac to Engage Clients and Prospects

At Generali Slovenia, we strive to be a Lifetime Partner to our customers daily. For us, providing the highest quality of service, partnership, and value competitiveness is an integral part of our way of working, but being a Lifetime Partner also means we stand by people every step of the way - not just when something goes wrong.
This is why on June 13 we launched a brand-new loyalty programme called Generali ZAME
(EN: Generali For me).
Using TicTrac technology, the programme strengthens our relationship with the partner and encourages other Business Units to harness the potential of this collaboration. Thanks to our joint effort, we will enhance partnerships we have been cultivating for many years, not just with our clients, but also with potential ones, such as members of the healthy lifestyle initiative as well as prospects across various other existing ventures. We are convinced that the new programme will consolidate Generali’s reputation and confirm its commitment to achieving its Lifetime Partner ambition.
Big Savings and Valuable Support for an Active Lifestyle
The Generali ZAME loyalty programme consists of three main benefit areas:
1. Insurance benefits for our customers. Starting from the bottom up, we completely renewed our existing discount package. It now includes variables such as Environment, Health and Security care, tenure, and absence of claims, and it rewards client loyalty according to their CVI (Customer Value Index). Next are the insurance benefits: we have added new benefits, aimed at easing the sales process (e.g. onboarding a client to a new product).
2. Benefits and partner discounts. We revamped our existing Generali Benefit Club and added new partner offers within the savings, sports, leisure, tourism, home, and health categories.
3. Healthy and active lifestyle. Here, members find everything from advice on nutrition, choosing trips and sports challenges to daily health tips to improve one’s mood and fitness. Members can also access the free mobile app Generali ZAME, featuring a virtual personal assistant to support them with all the help and motivation needed to achieve a healthier and more active lifestyle.
Generali has been active in promoting a healthy lifestyle for many years through numerous activities. One of these is the Migimigi Healthy Living initiative, which currently has more than 80,000 active members (Slovenia has a 2mln total population). We are now combining and upgrading all these activities in the Generali ZAME programme with the main goal of raising awareness on the importance of preventing health problems. The growing interest in such initiatives proves that this topic is widely recognized as socially important – which is why it's one of the three main focal points of the Generali ZAME programme.
Benefits and partner offers in the healthy lifestyle section are accessible to everyone, whether or not they are our clients. It features a wide variety of partner offers, which are available to almost 100.000 existing Generali Benefit Club members and have been updated and enriched with attractive offers and partners such as Garmin Slovenia.
The process of acquiring benefits is simple and fully digitised: after claiming the benefit, a member receives an electronic coupon to his e-mail address or mobile wallet. The coupon is then claimed at the partner's point of sale.
The core part of the programme relates to insurance benefits, available to our clients or members of these initiatives who wish to become our clients. Depending on their programme tier, ranging from Basic to Gold, members are eligible for several insurance benefits: from up to 30% automatic product discount to various financial advantages (e.g. a 20% welcome discount for the first year of any new insurance policy or service value vouchers).

Generali ZAME is a personalised loyalty programme, aimed at engaging the general public, regardless of whether or not they are a Generali customer. Through the programme, we are focusing on a broader range of personal needs and desires, providing our members with a combination of financial gains, entertainment, and free healthy lifestyle content and tools.
