          Spain has created a single ‘one stop shop’ integrated distribution platform to empower agents end to end with all the functionalities in one screen so that any Generali Agent may know in real-time everything that is happening with their customer portfolio and may manage any commercial or transactional action.

          HUNGARY: ONBOARDING GAMIFIED LEARNING PLATFORM

          Hungary has developed a game learning onboarding process for all newcomers. It’s learning platform that enables employees to plan their development during the first 100 days and to acquire knowledge about topics on Generali within an engaging and motivating framework.  

          AUSTRIA: IMPROVEMENT IN DISTRIBUTION SATISFACTION DUE TO NEW DIGITAL FEATURES FOR LEAN AND PAPER-REDUCED PROCESSES

          Austria saw room for improvement regarding paper overload within sales processes. They increased the share of paperless contracts from 31 % to 92 % within just 2 years by using “smartphone- & tablet signature”. This has been a win-win-win situation for customers, agents and the company.

          INDIA LIFE: NEW MOBILE APP FOR DISTRIBUTORS

          The India team developed ‘FG on the go‘ app. This mobile app provides handy information and tools to supplement and strengthen the distributors approach while they are catering to customer needs. The app offers features such as product benefits information, customer needs analyzer, premium calculator and performance enhancement tools.
